Coaching

A client application

Men and women may be planets apart when it comes to romance, but there was surprising agreement between both groups when 940 men and women in Milwaukee participated in a custom survey* in February 2007 designed to connect the important topics of their city in one, single, whole-istic format.

There was also a surprising level of agreement between the participants who identified themselves as faith-based versus those who claimed no faith when they weighed in on the survey topics, which included social issues, government, economy, diversity, education, quality of life and more.

Does that amaze you? If it does, it's because we have been taught for so long to see a partial picture of our world—to see only pieces—which has fueled confusion, controversy and agendas. Witnessing a different outcome is hard to wrap our minds around.

Seeking the whole picture

That's the value of seeking the whole picture—of discovering common objectives that promote dialogue; that expand our thinking and inspire new opportunities. When we train ourselves and our companies to function completely—to see whole to be whole—we expand our fields of harmonics, we experience fortuitous events; we inspire growth and reach new heights of awareness.

*In the above-mentioned Milwaukee project, the client, a public radio station, used my spherical research to launch a radio program that it believes will help reshape the city. The Unified Milwaukee program is designed for listeners to "share, discover and connect" and inspire productive change.

It is but one of many applications of the tool that is beginning to be used by colleges, healthcare, marriage counseling, hospitality, workforce, the financial industry and more.

Community colleges using this visualization tool hope to increase the number of those who graduate by identifying possible barriers that surface on this whole-istic style sphere chart. Marriage counselors are using the system to identify strengths in a relationship that can be enhanced to help the marriage thrive. Companies are identifying areas of match and gap in staff, departments and strategies in order to unify company efforts.

Guidework and discovery

The concept (book), process and tool identified on this web site have been designed to serve as a stepping stone to a more authentic existence. It is nothing more than an awakening tool—complete with a vocabulary and visualization model, designed to reacquaint you with knowledge you already possess, deep within, that our world is interconnected, interdependent.

Seeing whole, being whole, is crucial—it is exciting—at this time in our human existence, when there is a speeding up of activities. It is a time to be alert and flexible about our decision-making. It is a time to manage change with flair not fear.

If I can be of service to you, I am available for on-site or telephone consultations. I frequently deliver online, interactive, Webex presentations to clients and those interested in this process and tool.

If you change the way you see your world, your world is bound to change.

“The real value in this tool is that the client can—often for the first time—see all the relevant areas of his or her life and can see how those areas interconnect. It can provide a client with a revolutionary whole-life view that can be the catalyst for truly effective life improvement.”
—Patrick J. Holwell, M.A. Nationally Certified Counselor, Master Career Counselor
